Thursday 12/27 Smokeathon postponed a week

Yes, and we’re not too excited about it being postponed a week until Thursday January the 3rd either! However, we wanted to make sure that our new canopy was in so you don’t risk getting soaked just trying to pick up lunch. Ahh, wintertime in Northern California. But we’ll definitely be in place on Thursday after New Year’s – rain or shine, sleet or snow. Like originally planned, we’re kicking off the Thursday Smokeathons with pork baby-back ribs the first week, and then we’re going to alternate with beef brisket and chickens on successive Thursday cycles. The first “ribs day” on 1/3 will most likely consist of half- and whole-racks being served a la carte, but we’re looking at the possibility of adding quarter-rack plates with sides on upcoming ribs smokeathon days. And our award-winning pork sausages will be served every week along with the main entree of ribs, brisket, or chicken, but those might not appear until mid-January.
