The Thursday Smokeathon is Back!

Ever try to avoid a plane crash but swerve into the path of an oncoming train and hit your brakes and the car behind you flies over the top of you and you breath a sigh of relief but then a sinkhole grabs you out of nowhere? Suffice it to say that’s what the last month or so has been like . . . but we’re back! No hospital or logistics can keep us from our appointed duty . . . that of spreading the love of smoked meat to all our friends in the San Francisco Bay area. And this week, chickens are on tap! We’ll probably be serving smoked chicken a la carte this Thursday, but as we get closer to Thursday itself, we’ll announce if sides are available. We have another surprise coming soon in the meat department, but we’ll let our new mascot(?!) tell you about that in another post. See you on Thursday!
