Thursday Smokeathon a Success!


Tex Howard’s Pit-Smoked Bar-B-Que would like to thank our great customers for making the first Thursday Smokeathon a raging success!! We started smoking baby-back ribs this chilly morning at 7:00 AM and were completely sold out by 11:00 AM!! We had hoped for a good first Thursday event, but WOW! And don’t worry . . . we’re already working on how to increase the quantity for successive weeks of smoked chicken, beef brisket, pork and beef sausage, and yes, baby-back ribs too when they come back around! But for now, thank you all so much for helping us get the weekly Smokeathons kicked off on such a positive note! It’s our mission to bring the best in quality Texas-style pit-smoked barbecue to the San Francisco Bay area, and days like today help us to believe we’re on the right track!
