Angus Beef Brisket


For those of you not on the weekly text message list, we’re starting a semi-regular, you-never-exactly-know-when-we’re-gonna-do-it event today of filling up the pit with only whole beef briskets for pickup tomorrow during the much-more-regular Thursday Smokeathon (where we’ll still be smoking the normal crop of baby-back pork ribs and chickens). The response has been great and as of right now, we have one single solitary luscious 100% Angus beef brisket left for the taking! Let us know if you’re interested and we’ll give you the details!
