Menu and Hours for Thursday Smokeathon 4/11/13
A quick shout out to everyone regarding our plans for tomorrow . . . it’s our first day of doing double cooks. Hooray! We’ll be there in the early morning like normal cooking for lunch, then we’ll start right up again with a second cycle for afternoon/take-home/supper orders. And in the interest of starting to provide some choice in the matter, we’ll be cooking both chickens and baby-back pork ribs. See y’all tomorrow!
